Built by people who've stood behind the counter.

We didn't build EatryCloud in a Silicon Valley office. We built it watching restaurant owners in Accra juggle paper tickets, count cash at midnight, and lose customers to slow service. We saw the same problems in Kumasi, Takoradi, and Tamale. So we built the tool we wished existed — one that works on any device, survives bad internet, speaks MoMo, and actually makes restaurant owners' lives easier. Not harder.

What is EatryCloud?
EatryCloud is cloud-based restaurant management software built specifically for Ghana. It includes a POS, kitchen display system, mobile money payments, and works offline.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account gets a 14-day free Pro trial. No credit card required. After the trial you can stay on the free Starter plan or upgrade to Pro.
What hardware do I need?
EatryCloud runs in any modern browser — tablets, laptops, Sunmi devices, even phones. No special hardware required. For printing, we support ESC/POS receipt printers via USB.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. EatryCloud is offline-first. You can create orders and accept cash payments without a connection. Everything syncs automatically when you reconnect.
Which Mobile Money providers are supported?
We support MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money through our Paystack integration. Customers receive a USSD prompt on their phone to confirm payment.
Can I take phone orders?
With the Pro plan, customers can order directly via WhatsApp. Orders appear on your kitchen display just like dine-in orders.
How do I receive payments?
Payments are settled directly to your bank account via Paystack. You set up your bank details during onboarding. Cash payments are tracked in the system for reconciliation.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes, on the Pro plan you can manage up to 10 locations from a single account, each with its own staff, menu, and reports.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time and continue using the Starter plan.
How does the loyalty program work?
Customers earn points on every order. You choose the reward mode: automatic tier discounts (Silver gets 5% off, Gold gets 10%) or a reward catalogue where customers redeem points for free menu items. Configure everything in Settings.
Can EatryCloud help me get a business loan?
Yes. The Financial Statement report generates a bank-ready PDF showing monthly revenue, payment method breakdown (with electronically verified MoMo transactions), and tax collected. Many financial institutions accept this as proof of business performance.
How does demand forecasting work?
EatryCloud analyzes your last 8 weeks of sales data to predict how many portions of each menu item you'll need tomorrow. Check the Demand Forecast report each morning for your prep list.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers order via WhatsApp (which they already have), receive receipts and order updates via WhatsApp, and earn loyalty points automatically when their phone number is captured at checkout.
